“秩边透水道”针法治疗中风后尿失禁的临床研究

摘要

目的：观察“秩边透水道”针法和普通针刺法治疗中风后恢复期尿失禁患者的临床疗效。方法60例中风后尿失禁的患者随机分配，其中对照组30例，治疗组30例。两组均用普通针刺法治疗，治疗组加用“秩边透水道”针法治疗。2个疗程后，评定两组患者尿失禁程度，尿失禁临床症状评分、B超测定膀胱最大容量及膀胱残余尿量的差异。结果与对照组比较，治疗组尿失禁程度、膀胱最大容量、膀胱残余尿量改善程度及临床症状评分改善均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论“秩边透水道”针法配合普通针刺疗法能有效改善患者中风后尿失禁症状，其临床疗效更明显。%Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Shuidao ( ST28 ) from Zhibian ( BL54 ) and general acupuncture in the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke.Methods 60 cases of patients diagnosed with urinary incontinence after stroke were randomly divided into two gropes , with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with general acupuncture therapy .The treatment group was treated with Shuidao (ST28) from Zhibian (BL54) acupuncture on the basis of the control group.After corresponding 2 courses of treatment, urinary incontinence of the two groups was evaluated by differences among the degree of urinary incontinence , B ultrasound determination of the maximum bladder capacity and bladder residual urine volume and clinical symptom score .Results After 2 courses of treatment, comparing with the control group, the degree of treatment group with urinary incontinence, the maximum bladder capacity and bladder residual urine volume and clinical symptom score of the treatment group were better than those of the control group , and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion The Shuidao ( ST28 ) from Zhibian ( BL54 ) and general acupuncture in the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke can effectively improve symptoms of patients with urinary incontinence after stroke, and the clinical curative effect of Shuidao ( ST28 ) from Zhibian ( BL54 ) acupuncture was better than that of the general acupuncture.
