肠易激综合征（ irritable bowel syndrome ，IBS）是一种功能性肠道疾病，其病因和发病机制尚无定论，目前亦没有一种药物能有效的治疗各种类型的IBS。中医通过中药、针灸等多种途径治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征（ diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome，IBS－D）取得了较好的疗效。中医药在治疗方面具有很多优势，如治疗方式多样、临床疗效好、症状不易反复、费用低等，但在对IBS－D的研究中仍然存在许多问题，如实验设计不严谨，样本量小；临床研究中采用的诊断标准和疗效评价标准不统一等。因此，仍需进一步研究发展，以使中医药能在治疗IBS－D中发挥更大的作用。现就近年来中医药对IBS－D治疗进展作一梳理。%Irritable bowel syndrome is a kind of functional bowel disease , and its etiology and pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated .At present, there is no drug can be effective in the treatment of various types of IBS .Chinese medicine has achieved good effect in the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome ( IBS-D) by Chinese herbs , acupuncture and other ways .Traditional Chinese medicine has many advantages , such as diverse ways of treatment , better clinical effect , low recurrence rate and low cost etc ..But in the research of IBS-D, many problems still exist .Experimental design is not rigorous , and the size is sample .The standard of diagnosis in clinical study and evaluation on curative effect are not uniform .Therefore, further research is needed to make the traditional Chinese medicine play a greater role in the treatment of IBS-D.This article reviewed the research progress of Chinese medicine in the treatment of IBS -D in recent years .
