On the basis of the generator stator structure characteristics , the difficulties and the method of hoisting the generator stator in the process of lifting have been elaborated , and the special lifting tool that are needed .Finally the matters needing attention dur-ing installation process of the generator stator have been expounded .%根据灯泡贯流式发电机组的结构组成，着重阐述了其发电机定子的结构特点、吊装过程中的难点和方法，以及吊装灯泡贯流式发电机定子所需的专用吊装工具，最后介绍了发电机定子吊装实施过程中的注意事项。
