广东省山区五市中小河流治理工程总承包建设管理的关键因素及分析

According to characteristics of regulation management and construction management of small and medium-sized rivers of five cities of mountainous areas in Guangdong Province, and combining with the exact contract implementation, key factors and main solutions are summarized and analyzed, and suggestions of implementation are proposed based on actual situation.%围绕广东省山区五市中小河流治理工程特点和建设管理难点，结合以设计单位牵头的联合体实施工程总承包后的合同执行情况，分析总结了关键因素和解决要点，从实际出发提出实施建议。
