轮状病毒感染性腹泻患儿的微量元素锌检测结果分析

摘要

Objective Whole blood trace elements zinc diarrhea were detected rotavirus infection levels , to investigate the changes of rotavirus infection in children with diarrhea in whole blood trace element zinc .Methods In 186 patients with rotavirus diarrhea and 675 healthy control group children were whole blood trace elements zinc determination .Results The whole blood of children with rotavirus diarrhea trace elements of zinc was lower than that of healthy children as control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Rotavirus infection in children with diarrhea in whole blood trace element Zn decreased significantly , the need for timely supplement of trace element zinc .%目的：检测轮状病毒感染性腹泻患儿的全血微量元素锌的水平，探讨轮状病毒感染性腹泻患儿全血微量元素锌的变化。方法对186例轮状病毒感染性腹泻患儿和675例健康对照组儿童进行全血微量元素锌测定。结果轮状病毒感染性腹泻患儿全血微量元素锌含量明显低于健康对照组儿童，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论轮状病毒感染性腹泻患儿全血微量元素锌水平明显下降，需要及时补充微量元素锌。
