养血消风法治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the blood Xiaofeng Treatment of chronic urticaria clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into three groups, western medicine group were given oral loratadine, the Medicines for oral + Washing drink Siwu Xiaofeng, Chinese and Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group is. Observed three groups of patients and the rash subsided a recurrence 1 year and adverse reactions. Results WM group recovered in 8 cases, effective in 15 cases, 7 cases, efficiency 76. 7%; Medicines cure in 9 cases, effective in 15 cases, 6 cases, efficiency 80%; In group recovered in 14 cases, effective in 14 cases, 2 cases, the effective rate was 93. 3%. In group compared with the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Nourishing Xiaofeng method with Western medicine in treating chronic urticaria get good effect, low recurrence rate, and fewer adverse reactions, is worthy of clinical application.%目的：观察养血消风法治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效及不良反应。方法90例患者随机分为3组，每组30例，西药组予口服氯雷他定，中药组口服+外洗四物消风饮，中西药组则联合中药及西药进行治疗。观察3组患者皮疹消退及1年内复发的情况及不良反应。结果西药组痊愈8例，有效15例，无效7例，有效率76．7%；中药组痊愈9例，有效15例，无效6例，有效率80%；中西药组痊愈14例，有效14例，无效2例，有效率93．3%。中西药组与其他两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论养血消风法结合西药治疗慢性荨麻疹可获得良好疗效，复发率低，且不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。
