浅析磷酸西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗新诊断2型糖尿病的降糖效果

摘要

目的 探讨磷酸西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗新诊断2型糖尿.病的降糖效果及对胰岛功能的保护作用.方法 将2015年12月-2016年12月在广州市增城区人民医院内分泌科治疗的66例新诊断2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,对照组单服二甲双胍治疗,观察组采用磷酸西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗,比较两组患者的血糖及胰岛素功能.结果 观察组治疗后FPG、2hPG、HbA1c 明显较对照组改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后HOMA-β、HOMA-IR、IAI、血清APN明显较对照组改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 磷酸西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗新诊断2型糖尿病效果显著,有利于血糖的平稳控制,延缓胰岛功能恶化,保护胰岛β细胞功能,具有积极的临床意义.%Objective To study the west Glenn dean phosphate metformin treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.The hypoglycemic effects and the protection of islet function.Methods In December, 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital endocrinology treatment of 66 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, control group take metformin alone, observation group USES the west Glenn phosphate treatment, joint metformin compared two groups of patients with blood glucose and insulin function.Results The observation group after treatment of FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c was improved obviously, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Observation group after treatment HOMA beta, HOMA IR, IAI, serum APN was improved obviously, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion West Glenn dean phosphate metformin treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes, is beneficial to control blood sugar, delay the islet function deterioration, protect islet beta cell function, have positive clinical significance.
