Take the example of VLCC converted to FPSO project,this article analyzed the design quality problems existed in the marine design works of the conversion project CDI,elaborated the improvement actions and the main contents of the quality control of the conversion projects CDM/CDS.%本文以VLCC改装FPSO项目为例，分析了CDI项目轮机设计工作中存在的设计质量问题，详细介绍了CDM/CDS轮机设计工作中质量控制改进措施和主--点。
