对23个南洋楹种源进行不同PEG浓度的水分胁迫处理,包括轻度(10% PEG)、中度(15%PEG)和重度(25% PEG)的三个胁迫水平,测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,以期筛选出单一指标下抗旱性较强的种源.结果分析显示,在重度水分胁迫下,抗性强的有y1、p11种源,抗性弱的有y4、n1、n3、s1种源.%Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) content of Paraserianthes falcataria seedlings from different provenance regions were respectively measured for outstanding the drought resistance ability of different strains. There are 23 P. falcataria from different provenance regions under water stress with polyethylene glycol concentration in the control, low (10% PEG), moderate (15% PEG) and severe (25% PEG). The results showed that the strains with strong resistance under severe water stress (25% PEG) were y1 and p11. At the same time, the provenance y4, n1, n3 and s1 presented weak resistance.
