城市垃圾焚烧炉SNCR 脱硝系统优化

             

摘要

运用计算流体动力学模拟软件 FLUENT 对城市生活垃圾焚烧炉在不同工况下进行了选择性非催化还原(selective non-catalytic reduction,SNCR)脱硝系统的数值模拟优化研究。结果表明,下层 SNCR 喷嘴喷入的还原剂可与烟气进行充分的混合,脱硝效果更好;在还原剂总流量一定的情况下,增加下层 SNCR 喷嘴流量,有利于SNCR脱硝效率的提高,6∶3∶1的配比使得垃圾焚烧炉脱硝效率达到53.3%;与其他喷射速度相比,原始喷射速度(13.8 m/s)工况的混流效果较好,脱硝率达到51.7%。%This paper uses computational fluid dynamics simulation software FLUENT to study numerical simulation and opti-mization on selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR)system in municipal waste incinerators under different working condi-tions. Results indicate that reductant from the lower SNCR injection nozzle is fully mixed with flue gas which means better denitration effect,in the case of constant total flow of reductant,an increase of flow in the lower SNCR injection nozzle is useful to improve SNCR denitration efficiency and matching of 6:3:1 makes denitration efficiency of the waste incinerator reach 53.3%. In addition,compared to other ejection velocity,mixed flow effect of the original ejection velocity condition is better and denitration efficiency is 5 1.7%.
