基于改进布谷鸟搜索算法的含光伏发电配电网无功电压控制

         

摘要

Combining reactive power optimization of the power distribution network with voltage control on the inverter and based on improved cuckoo search (CS)algorithm,this paper proposes a reactive power voltage control method for the power distribution network with photovoltaic power generation (PV)which is able to reduce network loss and improve electric en-ergy quality. It also analyzes influence of PV grid-connection on voltage of the power distribution network. Considering re-active power output capacity of the PV inverter and on the basis of reactive power optimization with the goal of minimum network loss,the optimal distribution of node voltage is seek for implementing voltage control on the PV inverter. Inspired by group information sharing and individual experience of particle swarm algorithm,the basic CS algorithm is improved for strengthening global convergence capacity. Taking the modified IEEE 33 node system for an example and making simulation on PSCAD,it draws a conclusion that this reactive power voltage control method can reduce network loss and improve elec-tric energy quality under the condition of no increase of extra investment.%将配电网无功优化与逆变器的电压控制相结合,基于改进的布谷鸟搜索(cuckoo search,CS)算法,提出了既能降低网损又能提高电能质量的含光伏发电(photovoltaic power generation,PV)配电网无功电压控制方法。分析了 PV并网对配电网电压的影响;考虑 PV 逆变器的无功输出能力,基于以网损最小为目标的无功优化,求取节点电压最优分布,对PV逆变器实施电压控制;受粒子群算法群体信息共享和个体经验总结思想的启发,改进了基本CS算法,使全局收敛能力更强。以修改的 IEEE 33节点系统为算例,并在 PSCAD 上仿真,结果表明,在不增加额外投资条件下,该无功电压控制方法降低了网损,提高了电能质量。
