10 kV配电网线路规划接入容量计算方法及应用

     

摘要

为更好地实现10 kV配电网的精益规划和精准投资目标,提出一种10 kV配电网线路规划接入容量计算方法.首先,确定10 kV配电网用户负荷分类并分析负荷特性,摸清用户用电规律;其次,研究10 kV配电网用户负荷需用系数,明确用户负荷发展进程,指导新增用户接入管理;最后,在研究10 kV配电网用户同时率和10 kV线路供电能力的基础上,建立数学模型计算10 kV线路配电变压器接入容量.应用实例表明,此方法确定的10 kV配电网用户负荷需用系数和10 kV配电网线路规划接入容量科学、合理,能够优化设备利用效率,提高线路运行的经济性、安全性和可靠性.%In order to better realize lean planning and precise investment for 10 kV power distribution network, this paper presents a kind of calculation method for planning access capacity of 10 kV power distribution network lines.This method firstly determines load classification of the power distribution network user and analyzes load characteristics so as to find out user electricity law.Secondly, it studies necessary coefficient of user load, clears development process of user load and guides access management on new users.Finally, on the basis of studying load simultaneity of 10 kV power distribution network user and power supply capacity of 10 kV transmission line, it builds a mathematical model for calculating access capacity of the power distribution transformer of 10 kV line.Application examples indicate necessary coefficient of user load and planning access capacity determined by this method are both scientific and reasonable which can be used for optimizing utilization efficiency of equipment and improving economy, security and reliability of lines.
