基于AHP-熵权法的配电网用电可靠性综合评估

         

摘要

In allusion to the problem that the index system and comprehensive evaluation method for electricity consumption reliability of the power distribution network are not yet perfect,the paper introduces expansion of the index system and presents a comprehensive evaluation method for electricity consumption reliability combining analytic hierarchy process (AHP)and entropy weight method.It firstly expands concept and connotation of electricity consumption reliability and pro-poses three new evaluation indexes to enlarge and complete current evaluation index system for electricity consumption relia-bility.Then it uses AHP and entropy weight method to respectively determine the subjective and objective weights of evalua-tion indexes and adopts the least square method for combination optimization of index weights so as to obtain comprehensive evaluation results.Finally,it verifies effectiveness and feasibility of the index system and comprehensive evaluation method on the basis of actual examples.It indicates this method can avoid unreasonable evaluation result due to some overlarge sub-ordinate index weights.%针对当前配电网用电可靠性的指标体系和综合评估方法尚未完善的问题,扩充了用电可靠性指标体系,并提出了基于层次分析(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)和熵权法结合的用电可靠性综合评估方法.首先,对配电网用电可靠性的概念和内涵进行了扩充;紧接着提出了3个新的评价指标以扩充完善现有的用电可靠性评价指标体系;然后采用AHP和熵权法分别确定评价指标的主客观权重,并采用最小二乘法对指标权重进行组合优化以得到综合评价结果;最后通过具体算例验证所提指标体系和综合评估方法的有效性和可行性.结果表明,该方法可避免部分次要指标权重过大而导致评估结果不合理的问题.
