火电机组AGC指令前馈滤波逻辑优化设计

         

摘要

风电规模化并网后火电机组电网自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)指令复杂多变,造成的锅炉燃料量大幅波动将给机组运行稳定性带来不利影响.为此,研究协调控制系统AGC指令前馈信号的滤波逻辑,分析AGC指令变化规律和火电机组对象及控制系统的特点,提出在限速滤波前增加二阶惯性滤波环节的优化方案.结果表明:当AGC指令小幅变化时,减弱前馈输出能够避免燃料量大幅波动;而当AGC 指令大幅变化时,前馈信号及时、足量输出可以防止机前压力出现大偏差.%Complicated and variable automation generation control (AGC)instructions of the power grid of thermal power generating unit after scaled grid-connection of wind power has caused substantial fluctuation of boiler fuel,which may bring negative influence on stable operation of the unit. Therefore,the paper studies filtering logic of feed-forward signals of AGC instructions of the coordination and control system,and analyzes transformation laws of AGC instructions and charac-teristics of thermal power generating unit objects and the control system.It presents an optimized scheme of adding a second order inertial filtering before the speed-limit filtering.Corresponding results indicate as AGC instructions change slightly it is able to avoid substantial fluctuation of fuel by weakening feed-forward output,while as AGC instruction change substantial-ly,timely and enough output of feed-forward signals can prevent large deviation of throttle pressure.
