目的：探讨窝沟封闭干预项目中应用初级口腔医疗人力资源的效率及质量,为窝沟封闭项目人力资源的应用提供依据。方法应用初级口腔医疗人力资源(包括实习医师组、规培医师组、住院医师组)和中级口腔医疗人力资源(主治医师组)对7~9岁儿童的第一恒磨牙进行窝沟封闭,记录窝沟封闭操作时间,在窝沟封闭6个月、12个月后进行封闭剂完好率复查。结果不同层次口腔医疗人员窝沟封闭操作时间不同,初级人力资源耗费时间较长,其中实习医师组最长,住院医师组和规培医师组次之,规培医师组和住院医师组比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.496)。不同层次口腔医疗人员进行窝沟封闭操作6个月(χ2=3.226,P=0.358)、12个月(χ2=1.644,P=0.649)后,窝沟封闭剂完好率差异均无统计学意义。结论初级口腔医疗人力资源效率相对较低,但质量可以保证,合理使用有利于西部地区持续开展窝沟封闭干预项目。%Objective To explore the efficiency and quality of primary dentist resources using in pit and fissure seal-ant intervention program in order to provide evidence for the application of human resources in the program. Methods Pit and fissure sealant were performed on the first permanent molars of children atage 7 to 9 by primary dentists. The oper-ating time were recorded, and the successful-rate were checked at 6 and 12 months later, then the data were compared with intermediate dentists. Results The operating time of pit and fissure sealant by oral medical professionals at different levels were different, primary dentists were longer than the intermediate ones. The intern group was the longest, followed by the group of resident dentist sand standardized training ones. The group of resident doctors and standardized training doctors showed no statistical difference ( P=0. 496) . The successful-rate of sealing has no significant difference between different levels of oral medical staff after six months (χ2 =3. 226, P=0. 358) and 12 months (χ2 =1. 644, P=0. 649) . Conclusion The efficiency of primary dentists is relatively low, but the quality is guaranteed. Rational use of primary dentist resources is advantageous to the western region for a long time to carry out the pit and fissure sealant intervention program.
