用于控制CO2氨法捕获过程中NH3逸出的选择性催化氧化(SCO)催化剂

     

摘要

Using selective catalytic oxidation (SCO) to control NH3 slip in CO2-NH3 capture process in coal fired power plants has potential application foreground if the NH3-SCO catalysts used in this method has high low-temperature activity, high N2 selectivity and long-term durability, and at the same time, the catalysts arc not much expensive. In order to provide a reference to further explore appropriate new catalysts and new reactor structures to reduce the operation temperature of NH3-SCO process and improve low-temperature activity and N2 selectivity of the NH3-SCO catalysts, the composition of several kinds of the NH3-SCO catalysts, the characteristics and mechanisms of NH3-SCO under different catalysts and different operation conditions, and several promoters used to further promote the of the catalysts are introduced based on analyzing the literatures. The literature analyzing results show that Ag/Al2O3 is a potential NH~-SCO catalyst because it has good activity at low temperature, but its N2 selectivity is still needed to be promoted and Fe-ZSM-5 may be an assistance to Ag/Al2O3 in promoting N2 selectivity. Some substances such as Ce can be used to promote the activity of Ag/Al2O3 at low temperature. Keywords:%利用NH3选择性催化氧化(NH3-SCO)方法控制电站C02氨法捕获过程中的NH3逸出具有良好的应用前景,但用于该方法的催化剂应该具有高低温活性、高Nz选择性高、长耐久性和低成本等特性。为推进NH3-SCO技术的实用化进程,本文在文献研究的基础上,总结了几种NH3-SCO催化剂的组成、不同催化剂和不同运行条件下NH3-SCO的特性和机理以及能提升催化效果的助剂,以期为探索合适的新型催化剂和新型反应器结构提供参考。文献研究表明,Ag/Al2O3是一种具有良好低温活性的NH3-SCO催化剂,但需具备Fe-ZSM-5所具有的高N2选择性,同时,还可以考虑利用“些物质如Ce可以用来进一步提升Ag/Al2O3的低温活性。
