磷矿中微量稀土提取的初步研究

         

摘要

With high speed development of the science and technology nowadays, the rare earth has widely applied as the strategic resources in new domains and material, chemical industry, defense-related science and technology, biotechnology, energy, information, aerospace. In the phosphorus ore the associated micro rare earth takes one kind of latent rare earth resources, the development synthesis recycling rare earth research has the important meaning. The experiment used the nitric acid decomposition phosphorus ore, studied the phosphorus ore decomposition, calcium removing, the rare earth separation to concentrate and the rare earth determination method, the experimental result indicated that the rare earth entered in the acidolysis fluid along with the phosphorus ore decomposition, after the freezing, separated with the calcium nitrate, retained in the unprepossessing appearance, through the defluoriaate, the precipitation and so on obtained the rare earth oxide compound content 1.87 % for the rare earth concentrates the thing again.%随着当今科学技术的高速发展,稀土作为战略资源已广泛应用于新材料、化工、国防科技、生物科技、能源、信息、航空航天等领域。磷矿中伴生的微量稀土作为一种潜在的稀土资源,开展综合回收稀土的研究具有重要意义。本实验采用硝酸分解磷矿,研究了磷矿的分解、钙的脱除、稀土的分离富集及稀土的测定方法,实验结果表明,稀土随着磷矿的分解进入酸解液中,冷冻后与硝酸钙分离,保留在酸相,再通过脱氟、沉淀等得到稀土氧化物含量1.87%为的稀土富集物。
