乙酰丙酮铁的制备方法

         

摘要

Objective: To establish a preparation method of iron acetylacetonate.Methods: isopropanol or toluene as solvent,adding iron,proton acid catalyst and acetylacetone in proportion to a flask(or reactor),temperature rising,while oxygen supply to the flask(or reactor) through aerator,50~90 ℃ heat for 3 to 5 hours,filtered,cooled off the solvent and drying the products.Results: Obtain high purity products,fine particles;production rate of 90 %~95 %,fewer manufacturing steps,process is simple;by solution synthesis,the mother liquor can be reused or recycled,in line with environmental requirements,and energy conservation,can make cost dropped significantly.Conclusion: The preparation has applied national invention patent,being in the first instance by the state intellectual property office,currently in the public stage.%目的:建立了一种乙酰丙酮铁的制备方法。方法:以异丙醇或甲苯做溶剂将铁粉、质子酸催化剂、乙酰丙酮按比例加入三口烧瓶(或反应釜),升温反应,同时通过增氧装置向三口烧瓶(或反应釜)中增氧,在50~90℃保温反应3~5 h,过滤、冷却后脱溶剂,烘干得产品。结果:获得的产品纯度高,颗粒细;产率可达90%~95%,生产步骤少,工艺简单;采用溶液合成,母液可循环使用或回收再利用,符合环保的要求,而且节约能源,可使成本大幅度下降。结论:本制备方法申请了国家发明专利,已经通过国家知识产权局初审,目前处于公开阶段。
