离子色谱法测定海水中总氮

摘要

按照标准GB/T12763.4-2007消解海水样品后,用银柱吸附除去消解样品中的氯离子和部分过硫酸钾消解产生的硫酸根离子,用离子色谱测定海水中的总氮。该分析方法简单快捷,测试结果准确,便于操作,是监控海水中总氮含量的有效方法。%According to GB/T 12763.4-2007,after digesting seawater sample,use the adsorption of silver column to remove chloridion in the digested sample and sulphate ions generated by digesting part of potassium persulfate,and test total nitrogen in sea water by using ion chromatography.This analytical method is simple,quick and easy to operate with accurate result,and is an effective method to monitor total nitrogen content in sea water.
