大型核化工储罐对接环焊缝棱角度分析

         

摘要

Large-scale nuclear chemical storage tanks generally are large in size,and the environment of manufacture and installation is harsh.It is prone to manufacturing defects such as excessive angularity in circumferential weld.This paper analyzes the causes and control programs of the angularity,and uses the empirical formula to calculate the maximum allowable value of circumferential weld angularity of a nuclear chemical tank.We can take advantage of this method to determine preliminarily whether the angularity is out of tolerance.The analysis results show that the excessive angularity defects can be avoided with strict quality control and rational process program.%大型核化工储罐体积大,制造安装环境苛刻,易发生环向焊缝棱角度超标等制造缺陷。本文分析了棱角度产生的原因及控制方案,并利用经验公式计算出某核化工储罐环焊缝棱角度的最大允许值,可利用此方法初步判定棱角度是否超差。分析结果表明,严格控制质量要素,采用合理的工艺方案,棱角度超差缺陷是可以避免的。
