高职院校在企业开展毕业设计教学环节的实践与思考

摘要

结合企业生产实际,将企业在运行过程中遇到的技术问题设计成高职院校毕业设计课题,由校企双方技术人员共同指导并完成毕业设计教学环节是高职院校提高学生专业综合素质、升华学生职业能力的有益尝试,文章针对运用校企联盟在企业以＂双师制＂合作的方式设置毕业环节的工作进行了剖析,并提出了提高校企毕业设计质量的对策与途径。%Before college students graduate,they will have months of internship in enterprises.On the development platform of ＂cooperation between college and enterprise＂,the students can take some possible technology problems of the enterprise as their diploma project.They are guided by the teachers from colleges and engineers from enterprises.This reform of the teaching process of graduation project can cultivate students＇ professional and comprehensive quality and ability.The feasibility is analyzed in the paper.Some measures and approaches for improvement of the diploma project are suggested.
