煤制甲醇高架火炬工程设计问题的研究

摘要

Flare has been used to deal with the combustible,combustible toxic gas and steam which had been reprocessed or can not be collected in chemical or other factories,and it plays an important role in ensuring the safety of the factory and reducing the pollution to the environment.The problem about the height of the flare and the treatment to the emission of the special gas in the design of elevated flare had been studied in the paper according to the actual experience in the design of elevated flare for coal-to-methanol and ammonia synthesis factory.%火炬是用来处理化工厂及其它工厂或装置中无法收集或再加工的可燃和可燃有毒气体及蒸汽的特殊燃烧设施,在保证工厂安全,减少环境污染起到特别重要作用。文章依据煤制甲醇、合成氨化工厂高架火炬工程设计的实际经历,对高架火炬装置设计过程中遇到火炬的高度问题和特殊排放气的处理进行研究。
