维生素C对烟草烟雾的抗氧化作用

         

摘要

Objective: In order to learn the effect of oxidize and anti-oxygenation in live rat by tobacco and vitamin C. Methods: Tobacco smoke act on rats to imitate smoke process, observation DNA damage in lymphocyte by SOD. Results: Through fuming smoke, the content of SOD and MDA was higher than those of normal rats. Cells drag tails phenomenon obviously. With venter injected VitC, SOD and MDA level decreased, and the number of cell appearing to drag tails was less. Conclusion: 0.05 mL/rat every day of inject dosage can make level of SOD and MDA in rats decrease, and ease it's DNA damage.%目的:了解烟草烟雾与维生素C(Vit C)在活体小白鼠体内产生的氧化与抗氧化作用.方法:将烟草烟雾作用于小白鼠以模拟吸烟过程,用超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)测试盒和丙二醛(MDA)测试盒测定其外周血的SOD和MDA的水平.单细胞电泳实验(彗星实验)观察外周血淋巴细胞DNA的损伤情况.结果:经熏烟处理的小鼠SOD和MDA含量较正常小鼠的高,细胞有明显的拖尾现象.而腹注Vit C后SOD和MDA水平有一定程度的降低,出现拖尾的细胞数目较少.结论:0.05 mL/天·只的Vit C注射液用量能降低吸烟小鼠外周血中SOD和MDA的含量以及减轻其淋巴细胞DNA的损伤.
