用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定电子电器产品铜合金中铅含量,评估了测定方法的不确定度,系统分析并计算各不确定度分量和扩展不确定度.结果表明,标准溶液的配制、标准曲线的拟合和样品重复测定是影响铜合金中铅含量分析的测量不确定度的主要因素,某电子电器产品铜合金中铅含量为88.4 mg/kg时,扩展不确定度为4.9 mg/kg.%The research aimed to evaluate the uncertainty of measurement results for determination of lead in Copper Alloy of Electronic products. The uncertainty of the determination process was evaluated, and then the each uncertainty component and expand uncertainty were calculated and systematically analyzed. The results showed that the preparation of standard solution and fitting of standard curve and sample repeated determination were key factor influencing the uncertainty, the content of lead was 88.4 mg/kg in the in Copper Alloy of Electronic products and the expanded uncertainty of lead was 4.9 mg/kg.
