According to the characteristics of water quality in a special sewage treatment plant, and in order to provide technical basis for the transformation of the sewage plant, the test of the process of "MBBR+S-CMF (coagulation + ultrafiltration) + ozone catalytic oxidation" was carried out to verify the feasibility of this process, with the focus on each process unit for the degradation efficiency of CODcr. The results showed that: during the stable operation of the system, all the water quality indexes of the effluent can reach the standard: the average removal rate of CODcr, BOD5, NH3-N, TN, TP and SS were respectively 79.2%, 95.8%, 91.9%, 86.8%, 94.3%, 96.7%.The MBBR unit and after coagulation treatment: the average value of CODcr was 38.4mg/L ; the average amount of removal was 55.3mg/L ;the average removal rate was 59%.The unit after S-CMF treatment: the average value of CODcr was 32.3mg/L; the average amount of removal was 6.12mg/L; the average removal rate was about 6.5%. The S-CMF unit treatment: the average value was 19.5mg/L; the average amount of removal was 12.8mg/L ; the average removal rate was about 13.7%.The effluent water quality every day reached the discharge standards, and the catalytic ozonation for the highest removal rate of UV254 was 41%. The research results showed that technological process can guarantee the stability of effluent quality and provide an important reference for upgrading transformation.%针对某污水处理厂特殊的水质特点,同时为提标改造工艺方案的确定提供技术依据,开展了工艺流程为"MBBR+S-CMF(混凝沉淀+超滤)+臭氧催化氧化"的中试试验,以验证该工艺方案的可行性,同时着重研究了各个工艺单元对于降解CODcr的降解效率.结果表明:①系统稳定运行期间,出水各水质指标均能够稳定达标,对于CODcr、BOD5、NH3-N、TN、TP、SS的平均去除率分别达到79.2%、95.8%、91.9%、86.8%、94.3%、96.7%;②经过MBBR单元和混凝沉淀处理后,CODcr平均值为38.4mg/L,可平均去除55.3mg/L,平均去除率为59.0%;③经过S-CMF单元处理后,CODcr平均值为32.3mg/L,可平均去除6.12mg/L,平均去除率约为6.5%;④经过S-CMF单元处理后CODcr平均值为19.5mg/L,可平均去除12.8mg/L,平均去除率约为13.7%,每天的出水水质均达到了排放标准;⑤各单元中,臭氧催化氧化对于UV254的去除率最高,为41.0%.研究结果表明,"MBBR+S-CMF(混凝沉淀+超滤)+臭氧催化氧化"工艺能够保证各出水水质稳定达标,为提标改造提供了重要参考.
