聚结分离器主要用于液-液两相的分离,它在石油石化行业应用广泛,既可用于水包油型的工艺系统,如处理含油污水,原油脱水等方面;也可用于分离油包水型的乳化液,比如分离成品油中的水污染.虽然两种油水体系的分散相和连续相不同,但其聚结分离的原理是相同的.随着近年来我国石油化工行业的发展及产业规模的加大,液-液聚结分离设备对于工艺的保障,设备的保护,流体的净化及回收等起到了关键的作用.本文通过聚结分离器的结构特点、工作原理的分析,阐述了其在石油石化领域的具体应用.%The coalescing separator is mainly used for liquid - liquid two phase separation, it is widely used in petroleum and petrochemical industry, both can be used in the process of oil-in-water type system, such as processing, oily wastewater and the crude oil dehydration, etc; It can also be used for the separation of water-type emulsion, such as the separation of water pollution in refined oil. Based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of coalescer, this paper expounds its specific application in petroleum and petrochemical field.
