超滤—反渗透双膜技术生产农村饮用水实验研究

         

摘要

Also to the rural drinking problem bring about by industrial pollution, UF and RO double membrane technology is adopted to produce drinking water, this paper will study the optimal operating parameters with the double membrane technology under percific purpose, the result show that double membrane technology is very excellent to remove Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, oil, Ammonia nitrogen under the operation pressure of 1.8MPa, Rate of circulation is between 30%~45 %, Operation cycle is 20 h, the removal efficiency of Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, oil, Ammonia nitrogen are 99.8 %, 99.6 % and 98.5 % respectively, the output water Conform to the national drinking water standard, the operation cost is 2.5 yuan/t; the application of membrane system is able to bring markable economical and environment benefit.%针对工业污染导致的农村饮用水难题,采用超滤—反渗透双膜技术生产饮用水,探索研究反渗透技术在该用途下的最佳运行参数.结果表明,在运行压力为1.8 MPa,浓缩液回流量为0.3~0.45 m3/h(回流率30 %~45 %),运行周期为20 h时,反渗透膜系统对多环芳烃、油份、氨氮的去除率分别达到99.8 %、99.6 %和98.5 %,透过液水质符合国家生活饮用水卫生标准(GB5749-2006),运行成本仅为2.5元/t,具有较好的经济和技术可行性.
