LC-AFS法测定土壤中的甲基汞

         

摘要

本实验采用超声提取的方式提取土壤中甲基汞,建立了土壤中甲基汞的高效液相色谱串联原子荧光光度计(LC-AFS)定量测定方法.实验结果表明:(1)该方法检出限为0.009 mg/kg;(2)6次平行测定的相对标准偏差范围为1.88 %~3.45 %;(3)样品加标回收率范围在95.2 %~96.3 %之间.本方法具有操作简便快速、灵敏度高、检出限低、回收率高且稳定性好等优点,适用于土壤中甲基汞的测定.%LC-AFS method for determination of methyl mercury in soil was proposed. Microwave extraction was used for soil preprocessing. The result showed that: (1) the method detection limit was 0.009 mg/kg. (2) Relative standard deviation of 6 parallel calibration samples was between 1.88 % and 3.45 %. (3) Recovery rate of sample addition was between 95.2 % and 96.3 %. LC-AFS method had many advantages, such as simple and quick operation, high sensitivity, high recovery rate and stability. The method was applicable for determination of methyl mercury in soil.
