余氯比色计的期间核查方法探讨

摘要

文章建立了一种余氯比色计的期间核查方法.余氯比色计的校准是使用国家标准物质总余氯标准物质,参照国家校准规范《JJF 1609-2017 余氯测定仪校准规范》[1]对其准确性和重复性进行确认.但实际过程中,在首次使用标准物质对仪器的准确度确认之后,可以使用氯化钴等稳定有色溶液或中性滤光片,利用分光光度计测定其吸光度,建立线性曲线,模拟余氯反应显色,建立一种简便、准确、经济的期间核查方法.%According to the 《JJF 1609-2017 Calibration Specification for Residual Chlorine Meters》[1], residual chlorine colorimeter is calibrated by the national standard substances total chlorine standard material, to confirm its accuracy and repeatability. In actually, after use of standard material to confirm the accuracy of instrument the first time, it can use the spectrophotometer to measure the absorbance of cobalt chloride stable colored solution or neutral filter, then simulated residual chlorine chromogenic reaction to build a linear curve, it establish a simple, accurate and economical period verification method.
