中国环境绩效指数与经济发展的动态关系研究

摘要

Based on panel data of China's economic development and environmental performance index from 2003 to 2013,Established China's economic development and environmental performance index of the econometric model.In order to analyze the effectiveness of all levels of government in economic development after the implementation of environmental policies made.The results showed a irregular "U" shaped EKC Characteristics between China Environmental Performance Index and Economic Growth.The initial stage of economic development was at the expense of the environment,environmental performance index showed a downward trend.With the rapid increase in per capita GDP,China's comprehensive environmental performance index showed a rapid increase in first,then rised slowly,and finally accelerated the process,but would appear again.To prevent the curve of environmental performance index showed stagnation or decline at the late stage of economic development,our country still needs to make use of advanced policies,systems and technologies to protect the environmental performance of steady growth%基于2003~2013年中国经济发展和环境绩效指数的数据,建立了中国经济发展和环境绩效指数的计量模型,以此来分析在经济发展中各级政府实施环境政策后所取得的成效.结果表明,中国环境绩效指数与经济增长之间呈现不规则的"U"型EKC特征.经济发展的最初阶段是以牺牲环境为代价,环境绩效指数表现出下降趋势,随着人均 GDP 的快速提高,我国环境综合绩效指数表现出先快速上升、再缓慢上升、最后加速上升的过程,但还会出现反复.为了阻止在经济发展的后期,环境绩效指数曲线表现出停滞或下降,我国仍需利用先进的政策、制度和技术来保护环境绩效的平稳增长.
