荧光分子探针检测技术具有检测灵敏度高、选择性好、操作简便等优点,基于荧光分子探针建立起来的荧光显微成像技术在生物体内活性小分子的检测中发挥着重要作用,因此受到了人们的广泛关注.本文介绍了几种用于活性氧物种检测的荧光分子探针.%Fluorescent probes detection technique has aroused great attention due to their high sensitivity and selectivity, and simplicity for use. The development of the optical bioimaging technique with the use of various molecular probes plays crucial role in the detection of ROS. In this paper, several fluorescence probes for the detection of ROS was introduced.
