从线路板污泥和硫酸体系含铜废液中回收碱式氯化铜的新工艺

         

摘要

The author developed a new craft of copper chloride hydroxide recovering through the PCB waste sludge and copper containing sulfuric acid waste solution. The acidity and hydrogen peroxide of the copper containing sulfuric acid waste solution can save the additive amounts of acid and oxidizing agent. Oil of the copper sponge can be removed by the alkalinity of the white sludge. The ammonia solution won't leach the poisonous and harmful metals which can be solidified by the calcium carbonate of the white sludge. Copper and iron and other impurity metals can be separated efficiently. The product of tribasic copper chloride (TBCC) reaching feed-grade standard can be compounded from the waste hydrochloric acid and the ammoniac leaching liquor. The recovery rate of copper can achieve higher than 93 %.%作者开发出一套从线路板污泥和硫酸体系含铜废液中回收碱式氯化铜的新工艺,利用含铜废液的酸性及双氧水可以节约酸及氧化剂的添加,利用白泥的碱性可以除去海绵铜的油,利用白泥中的碳酸钙可以固化海绵铜中的有毒有害重金属而不被氨溶液浸出,以及实现铜和铁等杂质金属的有效分离,利用废盐酸中和氨浸液可以制备出符合饲料级标准的碱式氯化铜,对铜的回收率达93 %以上.
