光固化介质压力管道的无损检测方法探讨

在定期检验过程中发现光固化介质不锈钢薄壁管道,介质在不能排空的情况下采取不了常规射线检测和超声检测,针对特殊工况管道,在参考承压设备无损检测各种行业标准下,充分考虑各方面因素,可采用涡流检测以及包括电磁超声等新技术方法检测,亦同时希望引起相关人员在进行检测时管道使用特殊性的重视.%In the regular inspection about the thin and stainless steel pipe ,we discover that the UV curable medium can not take conventional radiographic testing and ultrasonic testing in the case of incomplete emptying , according to the special condition of the pipeline, full consideration of various factors, we can use the eddy current testing and other new technologies including the electromagnetic ultrasonic detection method.
