基于ArcIMS的土地规划项目信息Web发布系统研究

摘要

以电子政务为代表的政府部通过网络向公众及需求用户发布信息和提供服务是热点.本文以ArcIMS为开发环境,详细设计了土地规划项目信息Web发布系统,提出了双宿主机防火墙结构与NAT技术结合的网络搭建方案.本系统实际运行各项功能操作简便、且稳定安全,能实现内外网用户的同时访问.%E-Government to the Government,represented by the Department through the network to the public and the needs of users of information and services is hot.In this paper,ArcIMS for the development environment,from network environment,system functions,such as proposed land-use planning project information Web Publishing System of the detailed design of the program.Actual operation of the system features a user-friendly and stable security,to achieve internal and external network access to users at the same time.
