采用盆栽试验的方法,探讨磷素营养对剑麻根系和植株生长的影响.试验研究结果表明:4种不同磷水平处理对剑麻根系和植株产生一定影响.在施用过磷酸钙0.4 g/kg时,剑麻的根条数、根体积,根鲜重、根干重、根系活力、根系表面积、剑麻株高、叶片数、单叶片长、单叶鲜重、株鲜重、株干重、茎水分指标在所有处理中最大.可见,在本试验条件下,施用过磷酸钙0.4 g/kg时对剑麻根系和植株的影响最大,最能促进剑麻的生长发育;同时表明施用磷肥有利于磷营养存剑麻根系和叶片积累,提高剑麻磷的营养效率.%The effects of phosphorus on the plant and the root system of sisal were studied by the adoption of pot experiment.Four different phosphorus treatments had influences on the root system and the plant of sisal.Under the treatment of (when phosphate fertilizer was applied in the amount of 0.4 gram per kilogram of soil),indexes of sisal's root number,root volume,root fresh/dry weight,root vitality,root sutface area,plant height,leaf blade number,per leaf length,per leaf flesh weight,plate fresh/dry weight and stem moisture rank the highest among all the treatments.Results of this experiment indicated that when the amount of phosphate fertilizer levels the(0.4 gram per kilogram of soil)treatment,phosphate fertilizer had the most significant effect on the plant and the root system and best promoted the growth and development of sisal,which can achieve the goal of saving phosphate fertilizer and sisal high-yielding and had a significant meaning for the guidance of rational fertilization of sisal.It also indicated that application of phosphate fertilizer was beneficial for phosphorus nutrition to accumulate in the root system and leaf blade of sisal,increased sisal's phosphorus nutrition efficiency.
