遮阴对成坪期草地早熟禾和紫羊茅生理指标的影响

         

摘要

以冷季型草坪草草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis )的3个品种优异(Merit)、新哥来德(NuGlade)和肯塔基(K.B.G)及紫羊茅(Festuca rubra )的2个品种宝瑞(Boreal)和梦神(rubra)为研究对象,在人工遮阴控制下,对其成坪期生理特性进行了比较研究。试验用黑色遮光网分别设置遮阴度22%、45%、66%、83%处理,以不遮阴的全光照为对照。结果表明:随着遮阴度提高,叶绿素含量先增加后下降;叶绿素 a/b 值先降低后增加,但都低于对照;脯氨酸含量先增加后降低,宝瑞和其他4个品种分别在遮阴度45%和22%时达到最高;可溶性糖含量各品种显著(P <0.05)低于对照;丙二醛含量先降低后增加,宝瑞差异不显著,其他品种有显著(P <0.05)变化;含水量呈现一定的增加趋势。%The cool season turfgrasses,including 3 cultivars of of Poa pratensis (Merit,NuGlade and K.B. G)and 2 cultivars of Festuca rubra (Boreal and Rubra),were used to compare the physiological characteristics under shading condition.The shading rates were designed as 22%,45%,66% and 83% with full sunlight as CK. The results showed that the chlorophyll contents in treatment groups were lower than CK,and along with the increasing of shading degrees,they increased at the beginning and then decreased;in the contrast,the chlorophyll a/b value showed a reverse trend.The proline contents also showed an increasing-decreasing trend,and the high-est values for Boreal and rest 4 cultivars were observed while the shading rates were 45% and 22% respectively. The soluble sugar contents in all treatment groups were significantly lower than CK (P <0.05).MDA contents showed an increasing-decreasing trend as well,and the differences were significant except Boreal (P <0.05 ). The water contents showed an increasing trend.
