新疆畜间布鲁氏菌病流行情况及防制技术研究

摘要

This article reviewed the prevention work of brucellosis（hereinafter referred to as brucellosis） in Xinjiang.Quarantine of livestock disease control,immunization,monitoring,integrated control measures,including culling,eliminate sources of infection at this stage are still most easily to promote,simple and convention,and reliable control measures.Through the investigation and research to the livestock of Xinjiang in recent years,the results show：First,outbreak of brucellosis among livestock increased substantially in recent years,70 districts and cities in Xinjiang achieved the stability controlled zone index since 2007,but now there are only 42 counties achieve the index.Second,raising livestock brucellosis outbreak rebounded more quickly,individual breeders of livestock brucellosis-positive rate is up to about 10%.Third,the human incidence of brucellosis infection survey results in the recent three years show that exponential increase quickly.To solve the problem,strengthening the construction of livestock brucellosis control,increase investment in prevention funding,and popularize knowledge about prevention and treatment work for brucellosis is imperative.%本文对新疆畜间布鲁氏菌病（以下简称布病）防治工作进行回顾,畜间布病防制采用的检疫、免疫、监测、扑杀、消灭传染源等综合防制技术,在现阶段仍为最易推广、方法简便、结果可靠的防制措施。对新疆畜间近年来的布病疫情进行了调查与研究,数据显示：近年畜间布病疫情大幅上升,2007年前全疆70个县市达稳定控制区指标,目前只有42个市县达到;散养畜布病疫情回升幅度较快,个别养殖户畜间布病阳性率高达10%左右;近三年人间布病感染调查结果显示发病人数成倍增加。为此,加强畜间布病防治队伍建设,加大防治经费的投入以及普及布病防治常识的工作势在必行。
