水分快速测定仪检测国产大豆水分的效果分析

摘要

The work was carried out to achieve rapid,accurate and online detection of homegrown soybean moisture in the process of acquisition.The moisture of 30 homegrown soybean samples from our grain depot were detected by LDS-1H rapid grain moisture tester (rapid method) and direct drying method (national stand ard) respectively.The results showed that F,t of the two groups were P (F ＜ =f) =0.48 ＞ 0.05,P =0.87 ＞ 0.05 respectively,indicating there was no significant difference of population variance and mean value between them.For detection of homegrown soybean moisture,the rapid grain moisture method only need 1 minute,which was more convenient than the national standard method.Therefore,rapid,accurate and online moisture detection of homegrown soybean could be achieved by the rapid grain moisture method.%为了实现大豆在收购过程中水分含量的快速、准确、在线检测,分别采用LDS-1H型水分快速测定仪(快速法)及国标直接干燥法对我库30份国产大豆样品的水分含量进行测定,通过试验结果分析表明:检测出的两组水分数据间的F、t检验结果分别为P(F＜=f)=0.48 ＞0.05、P=0.87 ＞0.05,说明5％显著性水平内两总体方差、均值均无显著性差异.由于水分快速测定仪测定国产大豆水分的方法比国标法操作简单方便,测定时间仅需1 min,可以实现对国产大豆水分含量的快速、准确在线检测.
