中国黄金矿山节能减排循环经济的新发展——以陕西太白金矿为例

摘要

Energy-saving and emission-reduction relates to the sustainable development of Chinese economy. En ergy-saving and emission-reduction is the objective demand to quicken the enterprise development and enhance the en terprise competitive power itself. With Taibai gold deposit as example, the paper introduces how to utilize the water resources rationally to realize processing water cyclic utilization and meet the discharge standard; how to cut the power consumption by energy-saving reform; how to reduce the overall operating cost by many measures. We can draw les sons from the energy-saving and emission-reduction experiences.%节能减排是关系到中国经济可持续发展、造福子孙后代的一件大事.做好黄金矿山节能减排是中央企业加快发展的必然要求,也是矿山企业提高自身竞争力的客观需要.以陕西太白金矿为例,阐述了企业通过合理利用水资源,实现生产用水循环利用,达标排放;加强生产管理,提高资源利用率;实施节能技术改造,有效降低能耗;多措并举,全面降低生产经营成本等管理措施,达到节能减排目标,值得借鉴.
