松软破碎岩层巷道联合支护技术试验研究

             

摘要

The orebody in Zhenyuan gold mine is all surrounded by carbonaceous slate and siltstone with broken ore and rock and extremely unstable stoping access. Based on these complicated mining conditions, test and study on the technique of smoothwall blasting and combined supporting with bolting and meshed shotcreting is carried out and through investigation and analysis on the mining conditions and rock stability, a tunnel maintenance technical pro-gramme of smoothwall blasting and the combined supporting with bolting and meshed shotcreting is suggested. The technical process of the proposal is described in detail and the test has obtained satisfactory results, laying foundations for promoting the application of sublevel caving without sill pillar.%针对镇沅金矿矿体围岩均为碳质板岩及粉砂岩,矿岩破碎,回采巷道稳定性极差的复杂开采条件,开展了光面爆破与喷锚网联合支护技术试验研究.通过开采技术条件及矿岩稳定性调查分析,确定了“光面爆破与喷锚网联合支护”的巷道维护技术方案,详述了光面爆破与喷锚网支护工艺过程,试验获得了较好的技术经济效果,为推广应用及无底柱分段崩落采矿法试验研究奠定了基础.
