外包施工队安全基础资料管理体系创建及实践

摘要

总结了当今外包施工队安全基础资料管理存在的普遍问题，阐述了中国黄金集团中原矿业有限公司外包施工队安全管理现状及存在的问题，通过安全管理系统工程及管理学相关知识的创建与实践，提出安全基础资料管理体系创建等管理办法，可为其他矿山施工队管理提供参考。%The paper summed up current common problems in fundamental safety data management of outsourcing construction team,and then described specific problems existing in Zhongyuan Mining Construction Group Co .,Ltd., China National Gold Group Corporation ( hereinafter referred to as the company ) .Based on the set -up of safety man-agement system and management knowledge as well as practical experience ,it is proposed to establish a fundamental safety data management system ,which can also be helpful for construction teams in other mines .
