五道羊岔铁矿多级机站通风系统模拟研究

         

摘要

Wudaoyangcha Iron Mine is a deep mine,whose maximum design depth is beyond 1 000 m. It is de-signed for two-stage mining,and the mining depth of the first stage is 700 m or so. Considering the prolonged extending of the deposit,conventional independent main fan ventilation will lead to greater ventilation resistance and power loss. In order to solve this,simulation study of multi-stage station ventilation is conducted. After the ventilation network solu-tion by Ventsim software is conducted,ventilation equipment selection and ventilation equipment layout are optimized. Simulation results show that multi-stage station ventilation can effectively reduce ventilation resistance and fan's power loss,enhance the fan's efficiency and control the wearing of the fan,achieving the running safety and efficiency of the mine,worth referring to by the mine ventilation system.%五道羊岔铁矿为深井矿山,最大设计开采深度超过1 000 m. 矿山设计分两期开采,一期开采深度约为700 m. 由于矿床走向长度较长,若采用常规独立主扇通风将导致矿井通风风阻、损耗均较大. 为有效解决此问题,开展了多级机站通风系统模拟研究,通过Ventsim软件进行通风网路解算的基础上,优化通风设备选型及通风设施的布置. 模拟结果表明,多级机站通风能有效降低风阻和提高风机功率,减少风机损耗,从而能够实现矿井安全高效运行,并为矿山通风系统的建立提供参照.
