钢纤维喷混凝土技术在软岩巷道支护中的应用

摘要

As a new type of composite material,steel fiber shotcrete is widely used in support projects of water conservancy and hydropower,highway tunnels,mine tunnels and other tunnels.The characteristics of steel fiber shot-crete technology were analyzed.Taking a mine in Qinghai Province as the engineering background, the paper intro-duced the material selection,proportioning design,construction equipment and the process and key points of construc-tion of steel fiber shotcrete technology.The application outcome is good,and reference is provided for the construction of similar engineering.%钢纤维喷混凝土作为一种新型复合材料被广泛应用于水利水电、公路隧道、矿山巷道等支护工程。通过分析钢纤维喷混凝土技术的特性，以青海某矿实际工程为背景，介绍了钢纤维喷混凝土技术的材料选择、配比设计、施工设备以及喷射施工过程和要点。实际应用效果良好，可为类似工程的施工提供借鉴。
