黄金矿山企业产融结合之路探析

Zhaojin Group is one of the early enterprises that carried out the integration of production and financing and has been into some of the exploration and trials in this domain.The paper elucidated the significance of the inte-gration in gold mining enterprises,the pathways,the risks and their prevention and so on,analyzed the cases of the in-tegration in enterprises at home and abroad,and discussed the issue based on the integration practice Zhaojin Group carried out,expecting that it could provide experience and reference for the integration of production and financing in domestic gold enterprises and contribute to robust development of Chinese gold enterprises.%招金集团是国内较早开展产融结合的黄金矿山企业,在产融结合方面进行了很多有益的探索和尝试.该文围绕黄金矿山企业产融结合的意义、路径及风险防范等方面进行了阐述,通过对国内外企业产融结合案例的分析,并根据招金集团产融结合的实践对黄金矿山企业产融结合进行了探讨,以期对国内黄金矿山企业产融结合提供经验及借鉴,促进中国黄金矿山企业的稳健发展.
