从疮疡论治慢性前列腺炎

慢性前列腺炎与疮疡在发病原因、病理特点等方面有许多相似之处,可概属于疮疡之内痈范畴.治疗上河南省中医院男科采用治疗疮疡的"消、托、补"三法,用于慢性前列腺炎的不同发展阶段和不同证型.主张在辨证内治的同时要积极配合外治疗法,要注意生活调理、加强锻炼等,以获得更好效果,减少复发.%There are many similarities between chronic prostatitis and ulcers in the aspects of aetiological agent, pathological characteristics, etc. Chronic prostatitis could generally belong to the category of carbuncle of ulcers. In the clinical treatment, Henan Provincial Hospital of TCM Andrology Department used the three methods" eliminating ^strengthening vital qi supplement" , which to treat ulcers, for chronic prostatitis in different stages of development and different TCM types. Advocates actively cooperate with external treatment while taking the internal treatment of syndrome differentiation. The patients should pay attention to balance daily life time, physical exercise, etc. , in order to enhance curative effect and reduce the recurrence.
