Objective To determine the optimum conditions for extracting active ingredients from Pueraria lobata.Methods Using 40 % ethanol as solvent, the total flavonoids yield was evaluated by orthogonal experiment, and the best process conditions were selected.Result The optimum extracting conditions of total puerarin flavonoids with 40% ethanol as solvent, were as follows:extraction time is120 min, solvent dosage is 25 times, extraction temperature is 80℃, extraction times is 2 times.Conclusion In optimum conditions for total puerarin flavonoids in a yield of 8.95%. The experiment methods are convenient, which have strong efficiency and safety, suitable for industrial application.%目的 确定葛根有效成份提取的最佳条件.方法 以40%乙醇为溶剂, 通过正交实验, 以葛根总黄酮得率为评价指标, 筛选最佳工艺条件.结果 40%乙醇为溶剂提取葛根总黄酮的最佳组合条件为提取时间120min, 溶剂用量25倍, 提取温度80℃, 提取次数2次.结论 该条件下葛根中总黄酮的得率为8.95%.此实验方法操作简单、快捷, 具有高效性及安全性, 适合工业化生产推广.
