Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ozone injection with CT guided in the treatment of thoracic postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). Methods 56 PHN patients were randomized into control group (n=28) (conventional therapies such as anticonvulsants, opioids, superlaser and so on) and ozone injection-treatment group (n=28) (conventional therapies plus ozone injection, once per week). Pain intensity was evaluated with visual analogue scale (VAS) before treatment and 1, 2, 3 months after treatment. Results Compared with before treatment, the intensity of PHN patients decreased after treatment in both group, there were statistical significant differences between the two groups (P< 0.05). The remission rate of pain intensity in ozone injection-treated group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). No serious ozone injection-related adverse effects were found. Conclusion Ozone injection with CT guided can improve the efficacy of conventional therapies in the treatment of PHN.%目的 评估CT引导下胸椎脊神经根三氧治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效.方法 56例带状疱疹后神经痛患者,随机分为对照组(n=28)和试验组(n=28).对照组采用常规疗法包括药物治疗和物理治疗等.试验组在对照组的基础上加用CT引导下胸椎脊神经根三氧治疗.采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)分别于治疗前和治疗后1月,2月及3月评估疼痛强度(VAS),并计算疼痛缓解率.结果 两组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后组间比较,试验组疼痛缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 CT引导下胸椎脊神经根三氧治疗可有效提高带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效.
