上海远郊社区老年2型糖尿病血糖达标现状调查

摘要

Objective To investigate the status of management in the elderly paitents with type 2 diabetic in Liu Zao community health center in Shanghai area. Methods 180 patients with type 2 diabetic over the age of 60 were investigated by cluster sampling. The height, weight, resting blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose and serum lipid were determined, respectively. Results 17.78% were in the range of optimal fasting glycemic control, and 11,11% in the range of post glycemic control. The percentage of HbAlc<7.0% among all the subjects was 8.6%. The percentage of blood pressure < 130/80 mmHg was 31.67%. The percentage of serum cholesterol<4.5 mmol/L among all the subjects was 43.89%. The percentage of triglyceride< 1.5mmol/L among all the participants was 62.78%. The percentage of optimal levels of glycemic, blood pressure, and serum lipid among all the subjects were only 3.89 %. Conclusions Only 3.89% of all the elderly patients with type 2 diabetic under management were up to the standard of optimal rate for control of levels of glycemic, blood pressure and serum lipid. Thus, the elderly patients with type 2 diabetic should be systematically and intensively managed.%目的 评价上海某远郊社区已诊断2型糖尿病的老年人群血糖、血压、血脂等指标的控制管理情况.方法 整群随机抽取社区60岁及以上的2型糖尿病180例,测量身高、体重、血压、空腹及餐后血糖、血脂等指标进行分析.结果 社区糖尿病患者空腹血糖在理想范围内的比例为17.78％;餐后血糖在理想范围内的比例为11.11％,HbA1c＜7.0％比例为8.6％,血压＜ 130/80 mmHg比例31.67％,总胆固醇＜4.5 mmol/L比例为43.89％,甘油三酯＜1.5mmol/L比例为62.78％;低密度脂蛋白＜2.6 mmol/L比例为29.44％.全面达标率为3.89％.结论 此次调查的上海远郊社区,老年2型糖尿病患者全面达标率为3.89％,需要进一步调整该社区老年人群糖尿病系统管理和治疗模式.
