云岗地区老年急性脑卒中患者早期cTnI和CKMB变化的临床研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum level changes of cTnI and CKMB in senile patients with acute cerebrovascular disease (CVD) in Yungang area,Beijing.Methods 102 senile patients with acute stroke confirmed by brain CT were selected to be observation group and 100 norm to be control group;a comparative study was made to the changes of serum level changes of cTnI and CKMB at early stage among the senile patients with acute CVD of different types.Results The changes in patients in observation group were more obvious than those in patients m control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions There exists certain correlation between the serum level changes of cTnI and CKMB and the severity of the disease,and the detection of serum troponin may provide reference for the determination of the severity and prognosis of the patients with acute CVD.%目的 探讨云岗地区老年急性脑卒中患者早期血清cTnI (cardiac troponin I)和CKMB含量变化的临床意义.方法 选取102例经颅脑CT确诊的急性脑卒中(CVD)老年患者作为观察组,另选取100例健康体检者为对照组;对不同类型及病情的老年急性脑卒中患者的早期血清cTnI和CKMB变化进行比较.结果 观察组的变化较对照组的变化更为明显(P＜0.05).结论 血清cTnI和CKMB含量水平的变化与ACVD患者的病情有一定关系,临床上可通过对血清肌钙蛋白的检测来判断患者的病情及预后.
