近年来突发自然灾害等地理国情紧急事件频发，以传统的卫星遥感数据为数据源的地理国情监测手段无法有效的对紧急事件做出快速响应。无人机技术相对于其他遥感技术可以提供更高的实时性和准确性。无人机技术的飞跃，带动了地理国情监测技术的迅猛发展，且已经成为地理国情应急监测的核心手段之一。本文阐述了国内无人机遥感技术的发展现状，就无人机在地理国情应急监测中的应用进行探讨，试图通过实际应用找到其对地理国情应急监测的优势与技术问题，提升国情应急监测的技术水平，更好地服务于社会，促进防灾与减灾等应急技术的发展与完善。%In recent years, geographic national emergency conditions is frequent, such as Sudden natural disasters, but traditional satellite remote sensing data as the data source geographic for the national condition monitoring means can not be effective to respond quickly to emergencies. The UAV technology, relativing to other remote sensing technology, can provide more real-time and accuracy. The rapid development of UAV technology lead the rapid development of the geographic national condition monitoring technology, and has become one of the core means. This paper describes the development status of domestic UAV remote sensing technology, explore the UAV to carry out some of the applications of geographic national conditions, trying to find superiority and technical methods through the practical application of its geographic national conditions and emergency monitoring, enhance the technical level of national conditions and emergency monitoring, better serve the national economic and social development.
